The Longteam at the Relay for Life

At the Relay for Life which took place on June 6, the Longteam from Longtail Studios Quebec has raised $ 2 215 to support the Canadian Cancer Society.

The Longteam was composed of 10 people, all Longtail employees and some of their relatives. Marc-André, head of the Longteam for the event, is very pleased with the event. “We are proud to have raised that amount for the fight against cancer. It was even more fun to do it with colleagues but friends first and foremost!” says Marc-André, who is in remission since March 2008 after a germ cell tumor was diagnosed in August 2007.

All members of the Longteam who participated at the Relay for Life are greatly satisfied, both for donations and more specifically for the symbolic gesture. “It may be an amount that doesn’t seem important, but the most important thing is that it was raised for a good cause. It will be even greater next time, because I’m looking forward the next Relay!” said Patrick, employed at Longtail and Longteam member.
